The Sorcerer’s Apprentice: Theatre Edition

Today marks the end of my first week as the Education Apprentice at the Walnut Street Theatre! I started the week with off running a one week camp for students aged 5-7. I had a wonderful Assistant Teaching Artist in Juliet Barton. We had the students perform "Maybe" from Annie and "Bare Necessities" from The Jungle Book in addition to demonstrating different characters created by the students, showing off different theatre terminologies, and play a few theatre games. I've been fortunate to have a number of jobs and this was by far one of the best first weeks I've had. Here's to the rest of the year!
