Walnut Street Theatre Gala 2026

Last night was the annual WST Spring Gala and it was such a fun event! This is hosted yearly to raise funds for Educational Programming such as Adopt-A-School and the Outreach Tours. As an apprentice, I had the opportunity to both work and enjoy the evening, bouncing back and forth between assisting with the auction and meeting donors and board members and talking about my year as an apprentice. In addition to the auction, there were performances by MainStage performers and the Acting Apprentices throughout the evening. While I don't know the exact number off the top of my head, I was in awe of the amount of people donating to education and wanting to help bring the arts to schools that may not have access to them.
