Something I get told a lot is that I overload my schedule between work, rehearsals, friends, academics, and self-care time. I'm essentially running non-stop 24/7. So what did I do to try and ease that burden? If you guessed "Get a new job that takes away even more of your limited free time?" you'd be spot on! This semester I started the job "Head of Student Recruitment" for Rowan University's Theatre and Dance Department. This means I get to coordinate and run auditions for p

The past two months of student teaching have been some of the most thrilling, chaotic, and wonderful experiences I've ever had. The sophomores are eccentric but fun to work with and the seniors are all incredibly strong performers! However, what I didn't expect was another three jobs to pop up too! The biggest surprise was getting the chance to join the Touring Outreach program for two weeks as an understudy for the role Marvin the Moth in the musical "Two Bugs Are Better Than One!"

After two months of rehearsal and another month of performances, I just closed a production of "West Side Story" at the Ritz Theatre Company in Collingswood, New Jersey! I was Action, one of the Jets, and it was such a joy getting to play him. The part was like a full course meal: I got some really cool scenes, a fantastic song, and got to work with some totally awesome people! I also got whipped into shape and somehow became a dancer...? I never thought that'd happen in a mi
